“Many people have compassion, but when that compassion turns
into passion, it propels action.” This is why we do what we do.
When our work began in 2006, our approach was simple — we wanted to create a comprehensive and affordable guide for Alzheimer’s caregivers. With the help of professionals from many different backgrounds, we created “The Coach Broyles Playbook For Alzheimer’s Caregivers.” In a simple and easy-to-understand manner, the Playbook helps caregivers understand the disease and how to provide better care for their loved one. Our goal was, and still is, to give all family members a better quality of life.
We’ve learned a lot in the last 10 years. And we’ve grown a lot, too. We now are able to offer a wide range of resources for caregivers and their families, including training, counseling, resource location, and assistance.
We are committed to providing support and resources for both professional and family member caregivers taking care of a loved one. We have taken our caregiving experience and turned it into a simple, but relatable training. Educating, supporting and connecting with caregivers, is at the heart of what we do.
To be a loving source of practical, life-changing information for caregivers to turn to for education, training, counseling, and resources. Through empowerment, encouragement, and experience we instill hope for a better quality of life.
To turn the crisis of caring for a person with Alzheimer’s Disease into a positive life event and to ensure the best quality of life for all involved.
Celebrating 10 years of service, the Broyles Foundation is the first place caregivers, both family and professional, turn for information regarding dementia. We serve caregivers in crisis through four main areas:
”Coach Broyles’ Playbook for Alzheimer’s Caregivers is a wonderful resource to recommend for caregivers of persons diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. It has greatly impacted the lives of caregivers by providing practical information in a clear, direct and approachable format. The included pocket reference is an especially useful tool for having relevant tips and strategies available at a glance, and in the moment they are needed.”
